October for us was all about two things; Halloween, where we had plenty of raw materials to create the spookiest costumes and decorations, and our refashion and cosplay exhibition, Worn Out?!?

As promised, The Upcycled Cosplay Challenge People's Choice Award has been running this past week and the votes are now in!

We firstly wanted to congratulate the five contestants for the high caliber of work that was on display and the ingenuity of using 100% salvaged materials to bring their visions to life.

September was yet another massive month for us. We experienced another school holidays, which is always a treat. We ran workshops for children and helped educators stock their classrooms full of materials ready for the next semester.

An exciting opportunity to showcase upcycled wearable art that challenges our thinking about the clothes we choose to wear will arise with the Worn OUT?!? Exhibition being presented by Reverse Garbage Queensland (RGQ) at their Woolloongabba warehouse (20 Burke St).
