Biblio-craft workshop - Free

Craft lovers with interesting remnants of work on paper can turn them into jewellery, journal covers, sculpture and other artforms at Reverse Garbage Queensland's Biblio-Craft workshop at 2:00pm on Saturday November 14th at 20 Burke St Woollongabba.

Sheet music, maps … everything from personal notes through to shopping lists can provide inspiration (and substance) for a wide range of paper based artforms.

Reverse Garbage Queensland has a wide range of paper based materials itself and lots of experience in turning them into finished art, so don't feel constrained by what is sitting in your third drawer or bubbling up in your imagination. A few pictures are provided here to set your creative juices flowing, a couple of hours in our warehouse will set them gushing.

Reverse Garbage Queensland is the People's Choice Winner of Brisbane City Council's Cleaner Communities awards. This free workshop is part of Brisbane City Council's Recycle Week. Please register by calling Council on 3403 8888.
